FET-99 intelligent digital steel bar flaw detector.it is suitable for aluminum tube ,steel bar ,stainless steel tube flaw detection both online and offline,it is also apply to other mechanical parts.The instrument adopts the latest digital electronic technique,vortex technique and microcomputer technique,not only adjust and operate easily,but also stable and sensitive.
FET-99 has relatively independent testing channel,it can drive different forms testing probes,orcombined probe formed by absolute and differential coil .the testing channel will gathering data simultaneously so as to test longitudinal crack and transverse flaw on metal tube material ,rods material during production.When using it to test wire rod,fet-99 has high sensitivity on concealed joint,opening crack and other axial flaw.
FET-99 flaw detection possess testing frequency range from 64HZ to 2MHz,so it can apply to various kinds of metal wire rodwith different testing requirements,and due to adopting full digital design,therefore ,many standard testing procedures or professional system can be built in the instrument,very convenient for users to use when change product specification.
FET-99 can be equipped with crossing type probe with low coupling gap,it can also connect saddle type probe which size is small .Instrument almost suitable for all vortex probe produced by all manufacturer.
The process of testing as follows
1. Fixed probe

3. When testing flaw,it will alarm automatically and spray flaw mark with colour to where has flaw
